Manchester United Women have completed the signing of striker Elisabeth Terland from Brighton & Hove Albion.
The 23-year-old scored 20 Women’s Super League (WSL) goals in 39 appearances during her two seasons at Brighton.
The Norway international has signed a two-year deal with the club with the option of a further year.
Upon joining United, Terland said: “I’m so honoured to sign for Manchester United and cannot wait to join up with the team. Having experienced their excellent fans from the opposing side, I’m really looking forward to having them in my corner this season.”
Man United manager Marc Skinner said: “Elisabeth is a young player who will bring a fresh dynamic and energy to our team. We are delighted she has chosen to become part of our Manchester United family and look forward to integrating her into our playing squad.”
Terland’s signing follows the arrival of Netherlands international defender Dominique Janssen from Wolsburg.
The 2024-25 WSL season will start across the weekend of September 21-22.
