Carvalho joined Liverpool for £7.7 million from Fulham in 2022, however he has struggled to breakthrough at Anfield and was shipped out on loan this season in order to gain regular first-team action.
The Portugal youth international has been at Championship club Hull City since January and has notched eight goals in 16 outings for the Tigers. Carvalho previously spent time on loan at RB Leipzig earlier in the campaign, but saw this spell cut short due to a lack of playing time.
