Juventus midfielder Weston McKennie has signed a new contract with the club.
The 25-year-old’s deal was set to expire in the summer of 2025 but the new agreement sees his stay at the Serie A club extended to 2026.
USMNT international McKennie joined Juventus from Schalke in the summer of 2021. He has scored 13 goals and provided 15 assists in 134 games for the club.
The former Dallas Academy product spent time on loan at Leeds United in the Premier League in the 2022-23 season, making 20 appearances in all competitions but he was unable to prevent the club from being relegated to the Championship.

Juventus are also in talks with Manchester United over a move for Jadon Sancho, although finding a financial agreement that satisfies all parties is expected to be difficult.
Sancho has been available all summer, with United looking for a £40million transfer fee, but so far no suitors have shown willingness to match that valuation.
Juventus, who began their Serie A season with a victory over Como on Monday, are next in action against Verona on August 26.
