Harry Kane reportedly has a side business away from football, allowing him to earn big money.

Kane, 31, is one of the finest strikers English football has ever seen, having scored 213 goals in the Premier League before moving to Bayern Munich last summer.

The former Tottenham Hotspur star is also the England captain and the country’s record goalscorer after netting 68 goals for the Three Lions.

Away from football, Kane was named in The Sunday Times Rich List of people under the age of 40 back in May, showcasing British talent from music, sport, entertainment and business.

Kane was named in 35th place, with a net worth of £75 million, up from £51 million last year. The minimum wealth required to enter the list is £56 million.

While the Rich List details the England captain’s earnings from football, he has also earned a significant amount from a ‘side business’ away from the sport.

According to The Sun, Kane has accumulated a property portfolio that, as of February 2023, is said to be worth £13.1 million.

It is said that the company is called Edward James Investments – Edward being Kane’s middle name – with his parents and brother/agent Charlie helping him to run it.

A source told The Sun: “Harry is as astute with his money as he is with his finishing.”

Apart from Kane, golfer Rory McIlroy was named in 13th with a wealth of £225 million.

Meanwhile, seven-time Formula 1 world champion Lewis Hamilton is the highest-ranked sportsperson on the list, coming in ninth place with a wealth of £350 million.

After missing out on the Bundesliga title last season, Kane has made another flying start to the current campaign.

So far, the Englishman has made six Bundesliga appearances for Bayern, scoring five and assisting six.

In the Champions League, Kane has managed four goals in two matches.

Kane is currently away on international duty with England as they take on Greece and Finland in the UEFA Nations League.
