David Beckham shared the shocking damage that Storm Henk caused on his English estate via social media, leaving him and his property devastated.

The Beckham family began the new year facing the ravages of Storm Henk, which has generated significant damage across the UK with flooding and high winds reaching speeds of 94 miles per hour, 20mph faster than what some hurricanes can generate.

In a story posted by Beckham on his Instagram account, you can see the extent of the devastation at his Cotswolds property, located two hours from London. A shocking image shows a sizable tree brutally uprooted by the force of the storm, revealing the havoc that Henk left in its wake.

Storm Henk has affected various regions of the United Kingdom, causing chaos with its strong winds and heavy rain. It has left significant flooding in cities such as Worcestershire, Nottinghamshire and across South-East England.

Numerous properties and areas have suffered considerable damage, and the Beckham estate was no exception. The Cotswolds estate is known to be a quiet haven for the Beckham family and many other people with significant wealth such as Jeremy Clarkson.

But the images shared by the ex-Real Madrid winger are evidence of the shocking reality of extreme weather events, far from the tranquillity and serenity that it’s green hills and fields are associated with.

Beckham and his Christmas present

In another story, Beckham showed off his new hens and roosters that his wife, Victoria, gave him for Christmas, as apparently the Inter Miami owner wants to learn about chicken farming. His wife even shared an image where the ex-England international is reading a book related to the subject.

The book could be a much-needed gift for the 48-year-old, as it provides information on chicken farming, and the former soccer player continues to add animals to his farm, as chickens are added to the beehives they have on the farm.
