Neymar fired home after a great assist from PSG’s young striker Hugo Ekitike, and the whole team celebrated the goal. However, there was one gesture that didn’t go unnoticed.
It’s one that Mbappe is at the heart of. The Frenchman celebrated the Brazilian’s goal in a very effusive and affectionate way, giving him a big hug.
It looks like the two have buried the hatchet and are trying to be friends again, something they were in the past before their relationship deteriorated over the last few years.
During his press conference on Saturday, coach Christoph Galtier said that his focus is on making sure the Brazilian is getting on very well with both Mbappe and Lionel Messi, as their relationship is key to PSG‘s future.
