Eintracht Frankfurt and Rangers will face off in the Europa League final at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan on Wednesday night.
It is not only Europa League glory that is on the line in Seville, and here we take a closer look at everything that is at stake.
Europa League prize money
UEFA award each team 630,000 euros for each victory that they achieve in the Europa League.
They then award an extra 2.5 million euros for reaching the semi-final, and the prize money increases in the final.
The runner-up earns 4.6m euros, whilst the winner will take home a grand total of 8.6m euros.
A place in the Champions League
As well as the enormous financial sums on offer, the winner will be guaranteed a spot in the group stage of next season’s Champions League.
Eintracht Frankfurt have not played in Europe’s premier club competition since the 1959/60 season, whilst Rangers have not done so since the 2010/11 campaign.
Experience in European finals
Eintracht Frankfurt know what it is to win this final, as they lifted the UEFA Cup in 1980 by beating Borussia Monchengladbach.
Meanwhile, Rangers have been in this situation once before. They reached the UEFA Cup Final in 2008 but lost to Zenit Saint Petersburg. They will look to put that right on Wednesday.
