Chelsea are reportedly keen on signing the Atalanta midfielder Teun Koopmeiners.

A report from HITC claims that Chelsea officials were in attendance when Atalanta travelled to Liverpool for the first leg of the UEFA Europa League quarter-finals on Thursday.
